Katye Fulmer

Katye Fulmer is a skilled professional with extensive experience in client services and management. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Client Services at Qolo since August 2021, Katye also contributes as a Majority Inspector of Elections for Montgomery County while owning and creating artistic shadow boxes through Figuratively Speaking by Katye since April 2020. Additionally, Katye has a background in photography with Kardelen Portraits, established in 2011, and previously held roles in collateral management at Onbe, financial aid counseling at Chestnut Hill College, and technical support at Apple Retail. Katye holds a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication/Media Studies from King's College and a Certificate of Completion in Photography from Hallmark Institute of Photography.
