Jeffrey Chung

Jeffrey Chung has extensive work experience in the software engineering industry. Jeffrey began their career in 2004 as a Consultant with CGI-AMS. In 2005, they moved to Aspex, Inc. as a Software Engineer. In 2007, they were hired as a Senior Consultant at Booz Allen Hamilton. From 2008 to 2016, they worked at General Dynamics Information Technology as a Principal Software Engineer. In 2014, they joined The DarkStar Group, LLC as a Principal Engineer. In 2016, they moved to Subsidiary of General Dynamics Information Technology as a Senior Principal Software Engineer. Since 2018, they have been employed at QOMPLX as a Tech Lead and Senior Backend Software Engineer.

Jeffrey Chung has a diverse educational background. Jeffrey graduated with a M.S. in Information Systems from George Mason University, a B.A. in Economics and Religious Studies from the University of Virginia, and attended Thomas Jefferson High School for Science and Technology. Jeffrey also holds several certifications, including Reactive Architecture: Advanced and Foundations from IBM, Introduction to Functional Programming (Haskell) from edX, Principles of Reactive Programming (with distinction) from Coursera, and Functional Programming Principles in Scala (with distinction) from Coursera.
