Jesús Sánchez Cortés

Jesús Sánchez Cortés has held various positions in the information security field since 2008. Jesús began their career as an Information Security Specialist at Grupo Iusacell, where they consulted on application security, infrastructure, and databases, conducted penetration tests, and audited security systems. In 2010, they moved to TV Azteca to take on a similar role. In 2015, Jesús became the Information Security Manager at Banco Azteca, where they were responsible for application security, infrastructure, databases, ISO 27000, 9001 Pentesting, and audits. In 2018, they began working as a Pre-Sales Security Architect at Totalsec. In 2020, they became the Application Security Responsible at Banco Sabadell in Mexico. Most recently, they joined QOMPLX, Inc. in 2022 as a Presales Engineer.

Jesús Sánchez Cortés obtained a Licenciatura in ingeniero en sistemas computacionales from the Universidad Tecnológica de México between 2000 and 2005. Since then, they have obtained numerous certifications from various institutions, including Forcepoint, Citrix, Tenable, Symantec, Check Point Software Technologies, Ltd., and Arbor Networks.
