Anita Szarek

Anita Szarek currently serves as the CFO at Qonto, the leading European business finance solution, since June 2023. Previously, Anita held the CFO position at Pleo from February 2022 to May 2023 and at PayU, where responsibilities included overseeing the global finance function, risk management, and strategic projects from July 2016 to February 2022. Prior experiences include roles at Cargill as Regional Director of Animal Health EMEA, where Anita defined commercial strategies and led significant organizational transformations, as well as finance leadership positions at Provimi Polska and PricewaterhouseCoopers. Educational credentials include an MBA from Warsaw University of Technology and further qualifications from INSEAD, alongside ACCA and CIA certifications.
