Aurelien Drieu

Aurelien Drieu has extensive experience in talent acquisition and executive search, highlighted by a tenure at Qonto from February 2021 to June 2023 as Head of Talent Acquisition & Leadership Recruitment. In this role, Aurelien collaborated with a team of over 20 professionals to recruit top talent across various European markets. Prior to Qonto, Aurelien worked at 4you in various leadership positions, including Senior Team Lead Talent Acquisition, focusing on executive search and business intelligence for a diverse set of industries. Aurelien also served as a Researcher at Actencia Executive, conducting executive searches throughout France and Europe. Aurelien holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Development from the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne and a Bachelor's degree from Université Paris Dauphine - PSL.
