Lionel Blache currently serves as VP of Corporate Development & Investor Relations at Qonto, a leading European business finance solution, since March 2025. Prior to this role, Lionel held various leadership positions, including Chief of Staff at Beyond Aero, where responsibilities included revamping governance frameworks and streamlining internal processes. As the Founder of Svpernova Partners, Lionel provided strategic and operational advisory services to technology leaders. Experience also includes Director of Technology Investment Banking at Rothschild & Co, where advisory work focused on growth strategy for software and technology companies, and roles in cross-border technology M&A at DDA & Company, along with transaction advisory services at EY. Lionel began the career at Natixis Corporate & Investment Banking in strategic advisory and business development. Academic qualifications include an MSc in Industrial Engineering and Finance from Centrale Nantes and preparatory classes in Physics at Lycée du Parc.
