Lionel Blacher

Lionel Blacher is a seasoned professional in corporate development and investment banking, currently serving as VP of Corporate Development & Investor Relations at Qonto since March 2025, where Qonto is recognized as the leading European business finance solution. Prior to this role, Lionel was Chief of Staff at Beyond Aero from October 2024 to March 2025, focusing on governance framework revamp and internal process streamlining. From April 2016 to May 2024, Lionel held the position of Director of Technology Investment Banking at Rothschild & Co, advising C-suite executives on growth strategy and financing for Software and Technology companies. Earlier in the career, Lionel led cross-border technology M&A transactions at DDA & Company, LLC from January 2013 to March 2016. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering with a focus on Finance from Centrale Nantes and preparatory classes in Physics at Lycée du Parc.
