Malte Dous

Malte Dous is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in management roles across various sectors, currently serving as Managing Director for Central Europe at Qonto since June 2025. Previously, Malte held multiple leadership positions at DocMorris from January 2020 to June 2025, including Managing Director for Category Management & Marketplace, where responsibility included the development of end-to-end retail functions and active board membership. Prior to DocMorris, Malte worked at Wayfair as Director of Category Management and General Manager for Germany, leading key teams while being part of the European leadership. Malte also served at Zalando, where significant growth in the Partner Program was achieved, and at The Boston Consulting Group as a Project Leader in various practice areas. Malte holds a Ph.D. in Business Administration and Management from the University of St.Gallen and was a Visiting Scholar at Boston University's Questrom School of Business.
