Tingjia Shi

Tingjia Shi is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in corporate development, business strategy, and merger and acquisition activities. Currently serving as Director of Corporate Development and Global Mergers & Acquisitions at General Motors since January 2017, Tingjia has also held the role of Director of Business Development at Isreal Corporation/Kenon Holdings since June 2015, contributing to one of the largest investment firms in Israel. Additionally, Tingjia has been a Director of Corporate Development at Qoros Auto since October 2012, overseeing strategic planning and cost optimization initiatives. Previously, Tingjia worked as a Senior Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company, focusing on energy, automotive, and industrial products from November 2006 to October 2012. Academic credentials include a Dipl-Ing./M.Sc. in Computer Science and Electrical Engineering from ETH Zürich and a B.Eng (1st Class Honors) from the National University of Singapore.
