Tom Tremper has a vast work experience that spans over 16 years. Tom started working as a R&D Engineer at Micromechatronics Inc. in 2005 and then worked as an Application Engineer at GE in 2008. In 2009, they moved to The Applied Research Laboratory at Penn State University as a R&D Engineer and then joined Strategic Poly as a Senior Engineer in 2011. In 2012, they worked as a Senior Engineer 2 at BorgWarner Inc. and then moved to Corning Incorporated as a Reliability Engineer in 2017. Tom joined KCF Technologies, Inc. in 2020 as an Optimization Specialist and then worked as an Owner at Resonance Simulation and Engineering in 2021. Currently, they are working at QorTek, Inc. as a Principal Engineer.

Tom Tremper received a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics from the State University of New York at Plattsburgh in 2002. Following this, they earned a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Alfred University between the years 2002 and 2005.
