Charith K. Ranaweera

Charith K. Ranaweera is a highly qualified material scientist with extensive experience in CMP process development and research. Currently serving as a Senior R&D Process Development Engineer at Qorvo, Inc., Charith's previous roles include CMP Process Development Engineer positions at Texas Instruments and Headway Technologies, as well as a Doctoral Researcher at Clarkson University, where significant contributions were made in CMP and post-CMP cleaning research. Charith holds a PhD in Material Science and Engineering from Clarkson University, a Master's degree in Polymer Chemistry from Pittsburg State University, and a Bachelor's degree from the University of Sri Jayewardenepura.
