Greg T. Warder

Greg T. Warder serves as Vice President and Chief IP Counsel at Qorvo, Inc. since 2021, where leadership of the intellectual property legal group supports the execution of IP legal strategy across the company's global operations. Prior to this role, Warder held significant positions including Executive Director and Associate General Counsel for IP & Security at Maxim Integrated (2014-2021) and Senior Director of Intellectual Property at Integrated Device Technology Inc (2007-2014). Earlier in the career, Warder was a Senior Associate at Manatt, Phelps & Phillips, LLP, an Associate at TraskBritt, P.C., and worked as a Patent Examiner at the USPTO. Engineering experience includes roles at Alcatel and Sanmina-SCI. Educational background includes a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Wyoming College of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from South Dakota Mines.
