Ju-Ai Ruan

Ju-Ai Ruan is a seasoned semiconductor professional with extensive experience in process development and engineering. Currently serving as a Senior Process Development Engineer at Qorvo, Inc. since 2007, Ju-Ai Ruan has contributed to the establishment of advanced SiC/GaN via etch processes, significantly influencing the company's leadership in GaN technology. Prior to this role, Ju-Ai Ruan worked at Texas Instruments from 1994 to 2007, where responsibilities included overseeing diverse CVD/PECVD deposition processes and conducting device failure analysis. Ju-Ai Ruan began a career in research as a Research Associate at The Ohio State University from 1992 to 1994. Academic credentials include a Ph.D. in Semiconductors from the University of Pittsburgh, obtained between 1984 and 1991.
