Kristina Swift

Kristina Swift, MBA, has over 17 years of experience in supply chain management and production planning. Currently at Qorvo, Inc. since July 2018, Kristina operates as a project manager for complex product conversion processes and manages intricate master schedules for long lead time items. Previously, Kristina served as a Senior Planner at Authentix, where communication and alignment across departments were enhanced through the development of a Demand Tool. Experience also includes roles at Oxea Corporation as a Regional Supply Chain Planner, where Kristina coordinated international logistics and inventory management, and at NCH Corporation, where planning efficiency was optimized through data analysis. Early career experience involved mentoring students at the Gideon Math and Reading Center and interning in finance and procurement at JCPenney. Kristina holds an MBA in Strategic Management and a BS in Business Administration from the Naveen Jindal School of Management at UT Dallas.
