Neha Thigale

Neha Thigale is a highly skilled engineer with extensive experience in RF integrated circuit (RFIC) design and testing. Currently serving as a Senior RFIC Design Engineer at Qorvo, Inc. since January 2020, Neha has previously held the position of RFIC Design Engineer in the same company and worked as a Design Engineering Intern. Experience includes simulation and modeling of SOI switch core models, optimization of high-power applications, and characterization of RF components. Prior roles include an RF Design and Testing Co-Op at Skyworks Solutions, where Neha focused on low noise amplifier modules and high-power switches, as well as internships at Raman Research Institute and the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay. Neha holds a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from The University of Texas at Dallas and a Bachelor's Degree in Electronics and Telecommunications Engineering from Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Technological University.
