Patricia Cao

Patricia Cao is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in operations finance, having served as Senior Operations Finance Manager at Qorvo, Inc. since 2021 and previously as BU Controller at PlayPower, Inc., a leader in recreational equipment manufacturing. At PlayPower, Patricia managed financial operations for a $500 million private equity-owned company. Prior experience includes roles as General Finance Manager at Futurewei Technologies, overseeing significant R&D spending, and Manager of Worldwide Manufacturing Finance at Maxim Integrated, where Patricia partnered with executive leaders on substantial annual expenses and enhanced financial processes, earning a CFO's Excellence Award. Patricia's career began as a Senior Process Engineer at GLOBALFOUNDRIES and an Assistant Project Manager at Sinopec Shanghai Engineering Company. Patricia holds an MBA in Accounting and Finance from the Naveen Jindal School of Management at UT Dallas and dual Master’s degrees in Chemical Engineering from the National University of Singapore and East China University of Science and Technology.
