Alyssa Andersen is an experienced professional with a background in customer service and account management. Currently serving as an Account Manager for the Southeast Region at Qosina since January 2012, Alyssa manages top customer accounts by addressing inquiries, sample requests, pricing, and quality issues. Prior to this role, Alyssa worked as a Patient Service Representative at Queens Long Island Medical Group from January 2008 to January 2012, where responsibilities included appointment scheduling, patient record management, and insurance verification. Alyssa holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from St. Joseph's University, completed between 2009 and 2011.
