Bennie Rhames Jr., CLTD has a strong background in operations and management. Bennie began their career at Novartis in 2012, where they served as the Manager of Process Unit Team Lead, coordinating daily operations for packaging and manufacturing. From 2015 to 2016, they worked as the Production Manager, responsible for coordinating daily activities in the Packaging Operations Department. In 2016, Bennie became the Manager of Manufacturing Equipment and Technology, overseeing the mechanical staff supporting the compounding, filling, and packaging operations. Bennie also managed the installation, repair, and maintenance of machinery and equipment. In 2018, Bennie joined Qosina as a Senior Manager of Operations, where they led all facets of the Distribution Center operations. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Warehouse Operations, responsible for the overall administration and management of the Qosina warehouse and facilities. Bennie'sresponsibilities include developing strategies to improve key performance indicators, maintaining workflow processes, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Bennie Rhames Jr., CLTD, has a comprehensive education history that spans across various fields and levels of study. In 1994, they enrolled at the Community College of the Air Force, where they pursued an Associate in Applied Science degree in Instruction of Technology & Military Science. Additionally, during the same period, they also earned another Associate in Applied Science degree in Avionics Technology from the same institution.

Building upon their prior education, Bennie furthered their studies at Shorter University from 2001 to 2003. Here, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. Following this, they continued their academic journey at Shorter University from 2008 to 2010, completing a Master of Arts degree in Business with a major in Leadership.

Continuing to enhance their skills and knowledge in the field, Bennie obtained an Executive Certificate in Strategic Leadership from Liberty University, focusing on Business Administration and Management, General.

In addition to their formal education, Bennie has also acquired several valuable certifications. In 1996, they received the designation of Certified Instructor/Trainer from the United States Air Force. Later in their career, in 2021, Bennie obtained the Certified in Logistics, Transportation and Distribution (CLTD) certification from APICS. Bennie also earned the HAZMAT Ground Shipper Certification (DOT) from Lion Technology Inc. during the same year.
