Donna Riedman

Donna Riedman is an experienced quality assurance and technical documentation professional with a background in the life sciences industry. Currently serving as a Quality Assurance Specialist at Qosina since May 2023, Donna has held significant roles including Quality Manager and Technical Documentation Manager at Enzo Life Sciences, Inc. from April 2019 to May 2023. Previous experience includes serving as a Technical Writer in the quality assurance department at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, where responsibilities included overseeing the revision process of over 200 GMP SOPs. Donna also worked as a Technical Writer at Actavis plc, controlling over 125 GMP and non-GMP documents, and as a Senior Technical Specialist at Scientific & Laboratory Services, Pall Corporation, where training was delivered to customers. Donna holds a Master’s degree in Biology from Adelphi University and a Bachelor's in Biochemistry from Stony Brook University, along with a certificate in Technical Communication from the Society for Technical Communication.
