Benno Raeber

Benno Raeber has a diverse work experience in the legal field. Benno currently serves as the Chief Legal Officer ad interim at QPQ, starting in November 2022. Prior to this, they worked as an External Legal Advisor at talent2pro GmbH, starting in October 2022. Benno also held the position of Legal Advisor at The Art Miami Crypto Valley Association, starting in August 2022.

Before these roles, Benno Raeber was a Partner at RaeberLaw, where they provided strategic legal advice to UNWHI and families, specializing in multi-jurisdictional, cross-border situations involving trusts, corporations, asset protection, tax planning, mediation, litigation, funds, and private equity structures. Benno started this role in September 2004 and is still currently working with the company.

Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree at the University of St.Gallen in 1994, earning the distinction of Lic.iur.HSG (JD). In 2009, they pursued further education in the field of trust and estate planning through the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP), although specific details about the degree or certification obtained are not available.
