Rhonda Torres has extensive experience in the staffing and employment sector, currently serving as Regional Vice President at QPS Employment Group since October 2002, after previously holding the position of Regional Manager. Rhonda oversees the operations of four branch offices focused on sourcing, recruiting, and placing candidates in various fields, including General Labor, Technical, Office Clerical, and Professional Placement. Prior to this role, Rhonda worked as Operations Manager at NorthPark Dental from 1997 to 2000. Rhonda holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Management & Communications and Health Care Administration from Concordia University-Wisconsin.
