QPS was founded in 1985 and has grown from a two-person operation to a company whose internal staff now numbers over 300 employees in 54 office locations throughout the Midwest.

Accelerate Talent Group, a division of QPS Employment Group, was developed to laser-focus on IT, accounting, finance, and HR positions, particularly in the manufacturing world. And we’re bringing the same customer-service-oriented, people-first approach that we’ve always lived by to the companies and job seekers we serve today.
