Ghislain Foulem

Ghislain Foulem has extensive experience in the field of certification engineering and technical business development, currently serving as a Certification Engineer at QPS Evaluation Services since November 2016. Prior to this role, Ghislain spent over two decades at CSA International, where responsibilities included serving as Senior Manager of Technical Business Development, Technical Business Development Manager, Certification Specialist - Expat, and Certification Engineer. Ghislain holds a Bachelor of Science and Engineering degree in electrical engineering from Université Laval, obtained between 1991 and 1995.
