Jane Rhodes

Jane Rhodes has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Jane currently holds the position of Chief Business Officer at Verge Genomics since September 2019. In addition, they are serving as a Non-Executive Director at Turbine since November 2022, and as an Executive Chair at Pheno Therapeutics Ltd since February 2022.

Previously, Jane Rhodes co-founded Qr8 Health in 2017, where they held the position of Co-Founder & Board Observer. Jane also worked at FORMA Therapeutics, Inc. from November 2017 to June 2019, where they served as the Vice President of Business Development and Corporate Strategy.

Before that, they had an extensive career at Biogen. From July 2013 to November 2017, they worked there as a Senior Director, leading New Initiatives in the Value-Based Medicine Innovation Hub. Prior to that, from July 2007 to July 2013, they served as the Director of Program & Alliance Management in the Program Leadership & Management Group.

Jane Rhodes began their career at Biogen Idec in 1999, where they held the position of Principal Scientist and Head of the Neuropharmacology Group until 2007. Prior to that, they worked as a Scientist (Neuropharmacologist) at Eisai US from 1997 to 1999. Jane also gained experience as a Post-Doctoral Scientist at Amgen from 1995 to 1996 and at Synergen from 1993 to 1995.

Jane Rhodes has a PhD in Neuropharmacology from The University of Manchester. Jane also holds an MBA in Business Administration and Management, General from Babson F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business. Additionally, Jane has a BSc in Physiology and Pharmacology, also from The University of Manchester.
