Scott Kokones

Scott Kokones has a diverse work experience in the medical device industry. Scott co-founded and served as CEO of Enspire DBS Therapy Inc., a company focused on developing deep brain stimulation therapy for stroke survivors. Scott also co-founded Guide Medical Ventures, where they worked as a General Partner and guided companies from inception to acquisition. Kokones is a co-founder and board member of Qr8 Health, a digital health company specializing in patient-administered outcome assessment tools. Scott co-founded and served as a board member of CardioSolv Ablation Technologies, an early-stage company working on improving the treatment of patients with Ventricular Tachycardia. Scott was also a co-founder and SVP of Research and Development at Intelect Medical, which was later acquired by Boston Scientific. Additionally, Kokones has worked as a Vice President at Boston Scientific, Manager of R&D at Enpath Medical, and Mechanical Design Engineer at Medtronic.

Scott Kokones earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Michigan, where they studied from 1995 to 2000. Scott then went on to pursue a Master of Business Administration degree at the Questrom School of Business, Boston University, from 2010 to 2011. The field of study for their MBA is not provided.
