Paul Boelen

Paul Boelen possesses extensive experience in academia and the banking sector. Currently serving as a Lector at UC Leuven-Limburg since September 2019, Paul coordinates workplace learning, business communication, and financial mathematics. At Qrios, also a Lector since 1994, Paul focuses on HR assistance and positive psychology. Additionally, Paul has been a Lector at Hogeschool PXL since 2008, guiding students in business communication and workplace learning. Previously, Paul held the position of Kantoordirecteur at BNP Paribas Fortis from 1995 to 2020, where significant achievements included developing retail, entrepreneurial, and private banking services in Heers-Gelinden. Academic qualifications include a Master's degree in Labor, Organizational, and Community Psychology from KU Leuven, an MBA from Hasselt University, and a Teacher Training program at KU Leuven.
