Rebeca Miranda

Rebeca Miranda has an extensive work experience in the field of human resources and organizational effectiveness. Rebeca is currently working as the CHRO / Director de Recursos Humanos at QROMA since 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Alicorp in various roles, including Director Corporativo de Efectividad Organizacional and Director de Recursos Humanos for multiple regions and business units in Latin America. Before joining Alicorp, Rebeca worked at HOCHSCHILD MINING as the Gerente Corporativo de Compensaciones y Desarrollo and Jefe Corporativo de Compensaciones. Rebeca started their career as the Gerente de Recursos Humanos at Hoteles Sonesta Posadas del Inca.

Rebeca Miranda attended the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business in 2012, where they studied Strategic Human Resource Planning. Prior to that, they obtained a Master's degree in Dirección Estratégica de RRHH from the Universidad Peruana de Ciencias Aplicadas in 2005. Rebeca completed their undergraduate studies at the Universidad de Lima, earning a degree in Industrial Engineering between 1996 and 2000.
