Rodolfo Kobus has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Rodolfo began their career as an intern at Agência de Publicidade e Propaganda Comunique in 2005, where they worked as a Redaction Intern for the entire year. In 2006, they joined Citeluz S.A. as a Marketing Analyst until 2008. Rodolfo then worked as a Commercial Analyst at Egba - Empresa Gráfica da Bahia for seven months before joining EML Recursos Humanos as a Commercial Analyst in October 2008. In 2009, they became an Analyst at Claro Brasil until June 2010, when they moved to Akiyama Biometric Solutions as a Commercial Analyst for over a year. In August 2010, they returned to EML Recursos Humanos as a Commercial Director until 2018. From March 2012 to October 2019, they worked as a Regional Director at JAN-PRO™ BRASIL. In 2017, they joined QRPoint as the Chief Marketing Officer, and they currently hold the same position at QRPOINT Portugal since August 2021.

Rodolfo Kobus completed their undergraduate degree in Communication Social, with a specialization in Advertising and Publicity, from the Universidade Jorge Amado. Rodolfo attended this institution from 2004 to 2008. Subsequently, in 2011, they pursued a Postgraduate degree in Business Management, focusing on the field of Business Administration, from Pós-Graduação Unijorge. Rodolfo also obtained additional certifications in the field of digital marketing, including a certification in "SEO: Techniques for optimizing content focused on SEO for e-commerce and blogs" from ESPM Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing in September 2021, and an Intensive Course in Digital Marketing from Resultados Digitais in March 2021.
