Leon Kraut III

Leon Kraut III, PE, MBA, serves as the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at QRSE, LLC, a firm specializing in transportation planning, design, construction, and project management services for government entities, since February 2019. Prior to this role, Leon owned and served as CFO at Advanced Physical Therapy since March 2003, focusing on neurologic, orthopedic, and vestibular conditions. Leon also held significant positions at Lochmueller Group as the Director of Chicago Transportation from April 2012 to February 2019, where Leon opened their Chicago office, and at exp Global Inc. as a Senior Engineer from February 2006 to March 2012. Leon's career began at Patrick Engineering as a Project Engineer from December 1999 to February 2006 and included service as a Peace Corps Volunteer from July 1997 to September 1999. Leon holds an MBA in Business Administration from DePaul Driehaus College of Business and a BS in Civil Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
