Anny Janeth Hernández Suárez

Anny Janeth Hernández Suárez has had a varied work experience since 2011. Anny Janeth began their career as a Customer Service Lead at Desarrollos Tecnologicos S.A. in 2011, where they coordinated, planned, and executed training and meetings with end users, managed requirements from company's clients, and oversaw client application deployments. Anny Janeth then moved to Avances Software in 2013, where they worked as a Support Analyst and kept up-to-date software documentation for applications, designed and executed software test cases, and provided support to applications. As a Software Consultant, they performed functional analysis of new functionalities, gathered requirements from clients and/or specific projects, maintained adequate communication with clients, and collaborated in definition of test cases for new developments or product evolution. Anny Janeth is currently working at Qrvey as a MID QA, where they review requirement specifications, identifies gaps, determines testability, and testing implications, designs manual test scripts, and participates in test plan reviews. Anny Janeth also analyzes the nature of bugs and directs them accordingly.
