William Potvin

William Potvin is the president of Tracey Associates, Inc., an investment firm focused on early-stage and entrepreneur-owned companies. They are also the Managing Director of DoverBridge, which specializes in corporate reform in Ukraine. Potvin’s entrepreneurial journey includes founding an on-demand transportation startup and a successful cybersecurity company, both following a notable career as a Partner at Deloitte Consulting. Their extensive experience at Deloitte included leadership roles in the Financial Institutions Consulting Practice and in various international capacities, particularly in Russia and the CIS. Potvin holds an MBA in Finance from American University and a BSFS in International Economics from Georgetown University.
