Zoya Zaitseva

Zoya Zaitseva is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in educational innovation and sustainable development. Currently serving as Innovation Manager and Head of the Future17 SDG Challenge at QS Quacquarelli Symonds since May 2005, Zoya collaborates with the organization's founder on initiatives that enhance education and career opportunities while promoting sustainability. Previous roles include Head of Partnerships and Regional Director for Eastern Europe and Central Asia, where Zoya focused on strategic development and consulting. Additionally, Zoya has held various marketing leadership positions, successfully managing global recruitment events and establishing significant scholarship programs. Zoya is also actively involved with the Principles for Responsible Management Education and QS ImpACT, and serves as a board member and lecturer at the European University at St. Petersburg, highlighting a commitment to advancing education and social equity. Zoya holds a Master’s degree in Sociology from Moscow State Social University.
