Andrew Plant

Andrew Plant has a diverse work experience in the field of international education and business development. Andrew is currently working as a Senior Business Development Director at QS Quacquarelli Symonds, where they help universities in the UK and Europe maximize their student recruitment and success. Prior to this, they worked as a Business Development Director - UK & Europe (Enrolment Solutions) at the same company, where they focused on student engagement and conversion services.

Andrew also has experience in podcast hosting and production. Andrew worked as a Podcast Host and Producer at Tales from the Departure Lounge, where they focused on international education and transformative experiences.

Before that, Andrew worked at Nottingham Trent University as an Associate Director, managing internationalization and driving a "Connecting Globally" strategy. Andrew also served as the Head of International Development for Art & Design, Architecture, and Built Environment, responsible for generating income through international development initiatives.

Prior to their time at Nottingham Trent University, Andrew worked at the University of Warwick as a Senior Liaison Officer, where they focused on international student recruitment in Latin America and South Asia. Andrew also managed a team and oversaw overseas offices.

Andrew's earlier experience includes working as an International Officer at Aston University, where they focused on raising the university's profile through marketing activities and recruitment efforts in various countries.

Andrew Plant attended Old Swinford Hospital from 1991 to 1998. After completing their secondary education, they enrolled at the University of Bristol. From 1998 to 2001, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology at the University of Bristol.
