Zoya Zaitseva

Zoya Zaitseva is an experienced professional with a strong focus on innovation, sustainable development, and education. Currently serving as the Innovation Manager and Head of the Future17 SDG Challenge at QS Quacquarelli Symonds, Zoya collaborates closely with the organization's founder on projects that shape the future of education and careers. Previous roles include Head of Partnerships, where Zoya connected corporations with higher education initiatives, and Regional Director for Eastern Europe and Central Asia, emphasizing strategic business development. Zoya also previously held positions as Marketing Director and Operations Director for various QS events, successfully managing global recruitment initiatives and scholarship programs. In addition to current responsibilities, Zoya is active with Principles for Responsible Management Education, QS ImpACT, and serves as a Board Member and Lecturer at the European University at St. Petersburg. Zoya's educational background includes a Master's degree in Sociology from Moscow State Social University.
