Sam Ward

Sam Ward is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in technical support and management roles. Currently serving as the Manager of Advanced Support at QSC since April 2017, Sam oversees escalated support cases and collaborates with product development to enhance customer experience. Prior to this, Sam held the position of Sr. Systems Video Engineer, providing expertise in video and network security issues. Sam's background includes significant roles at Extron Electronics, where responsibilities included project management and technical support, as well as entrepreneurship as the President of N-Hance Wood Renewal of Eugene. Educational credentials include a Master of Engineering in Electrical Engineering from Oregon State University and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from California Polytechnic State University.
