Matt Kelling

Matt Kelling has worked in a variety of engineering roles since 2008. Matt began their career as an Engineering Intern at K-Tron, where they designed and manufactured vacuum and pressure conveying equipment for pneumatically conveying bulk material in industrial processes. In 2008, they moved to Concorp Inc. as a Project Engineer. In 2012, they joined Automation Dynamics as a Project Engineer, where they designed material handling systems both by rail and pneumatics for use in transporting goods throughout industry plants. In 2015, they joined Grupo Antolin as an Engineering Manager and Process Engineer, where they were responsible for all Engineering and Maintenance Staff and involved in process improvements for manufacturing equipment, processes, systems design, and modification for Ford, GM, and Karma overhead systems. In 2022, they moved to QSPEC Solutions, Inc. as an Engineering Operations Manager, where they managed Project Managers, Technical Managers, and Engineering Supervisors and was a leader and mentor for senior engineering staff.

Matt Kelling graduated from Kansas State University in 2008 with a degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology.
