Van Phan is an experienced operations leader with a focus on the fast-food industry, having held key positions at renowned companies. As Field Training Manager at KFC Vietnam from April 2014 to April 2015, Van Phan developed training modules and conducted classroom training for staff at all levels. From May 2015 to May 2025, Van Phan served as Head of Operations for Popeyes and Burger King Vietnam at Imex Pan Pacific Group, where responsibilities included building operational procedures and analyzing business performance.
