Shawn Krueger

Shawn Krueger has over 15 years of work experience in the hospitality space. From 2007 to 2015, they worked as a Project Manager for Backoffice and POS Development at McAlister's Deli Corporation. In 2015, they were hired as the Director of Retail Systems at Focus Brands LLC, where they worked with stakeholders and brand leadership to find innovative ways to make data available to allow for faster, objective decisions. In 2016, they were promoted to Vice President of Product, Director/Vice President of Operations, and Product Owner at Decision Logic | Restaurant Management Software, where they focused on being the primary product manager over their development teams as the company entered a growth mode. Shawn also adopted a mobile-first strategy, built tooling and processes from UX to development to QA, and launched several key features. In 2022, Krueger was hired as a Product Manager at both QsrSoft and Groups360.

Shawn Krueger has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Mississippi State University and three Bachelor's degrees in Economics from Michigan State University.
