Lauren Boynton

Lauren Boynton has over 13 years of professional experience in the fields of customer success, project management, and production. Lauren began their career in 2006 as a Client Services Coordinator for Videolink, Inc. In 2007, they moved to Videolink as a Production Manager and Broadcast Associate. In 2008, they served as a Hospice Volunteer for Ascera Care. In 2009, they were a Webcast Production Manager for Thomson Reuters. From 2011 to 2015, Boynton worked at Brainshark, Inc. in roles such as Manager of Solution Services Project Management, Senior Project Manager, Custom Project Manager, Multimedia Project Manager, and Customer Success Consultant. Lauren then moved to Qstream in 2015, where they held positions such as Director of Strategic Accounts and Customer Success, Director US Client Services, Sr. Manager US Client Services, Client Services Manager, Senior Client Services Consultant & Team Lead, and Senior Client Services Consultant.

Lauren Boynton attended Emerson College from 2002 to 2006, where they earned their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Film/Cinema/Video Studies.
