Ruey-Kang Chang

Ruey-Kang Chang has been involved in the medical field since 1999, when they began working as a Pediatric Cardiologist at LA Biomed, Harbor-UCLA. In 2006, they became a Physician at the Los Angeles Bio Medical Research Institute, where they served as Principal Investigator for 20 years. In 2012, they began working as a Professor at the David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA. In 2013, they founded and became the CEO of QT Medical, Inc., a medtech company focusing on high quality 12-lead electrocardiogram (ECG) for personal use by millions of patients. The first product, Personal Cardiac Assistant, PCA 500\u200b, is the world's most compact 12-lead ECG, and is hospital-quality, digital, wireless, and mobile friendly.

Ruey-Kang Chang attended National Taiwan University from 1984 to 1991, where they obtained their Doctor of Medicine (M.D.). Ruey-Kang then attended the David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA from 1992 to 1993, where they earned a Master's Degree in Public Health. From 1993 to 1999, they completed post-graduate training in Pediatrics (residency) and Pediatric Cardiology (fellowship) at the same school.
