Ivan Solovev

Ivan Solovev is a Senior Software Engineer at The Qt Company since November 2020, contributing to the Qt Core Foundation team and enhancing modules such as QtPositioning, QtBluetooth, and QtNfc. Prior to this role, Ivan served as a Technical Lead at KPIT, where a tool for visual data comparison in 3D was successfully developed and delivered. Ivan's experience also includes working on high-level debugging tools for ADAS projects and developing software for processing radio electronic signals at Technological Center. Beginning a career at Megabit LLC, Ivan developed software for access control and fire alarm systems. Ivan holds a Master's degree and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Peter the Great St.Petersburg Polytechnic University. Key skills include C++14, Qt5, Bazel, and RVIZ/Ogre 3D engine.
