Eric Tong

Eric Tong has extensive experience in financial analysis and management, currently serving as Principal - Specialist Modelling and Data Insight at Queensland Treasury Corporation since January 2007. In this leadership role, Eric has enhanced the modelling capabilities of the Advisory Division and developed a financial modelling accreditation program. Prior positions at Queensland Treasury Corporation include leading senior analysts on financial management projects related to social services and overseeing an electricity market analysis team. Earlier roles involved significant contributions to the financial management and reporting operations in various government departments and energy companies. Eric holds a Master of Commerce and a Graduate Diploma in Advanced Accounting from Queensland University of Technology, complementing a Bachelor of Business in Accounting.
