Hyun-ju Johnson has a diverse work experience spanning several prominent companies. Hyun-ju started their career at PricewaterhouseCoopers in 2002 as a Senior Accountant in Assurance, and then moved on to KPMG as a Manager in Transaction Services in London. In 2006, they joined Flight Centre as a Business Analyst in Mergers & Acquisitions before moving to Ernst & Young as a Manager in Transaction Services. Hyun-ju then worked at QR National as a Senior Business Analyst in IPO and Commercial. Hyun-ju continued their career at InterFinancial Corporate Finance Limited as a Director in Mergers & Acquisitions before their current position as a Director in Client Advisory at Queensland Treasury Corporation, where they have been since 2017.
Hyun-ju Johnson's education history begins with their completion of the Senior Certificate at Brisbane Girls Grammar School from 1991 to 1995. Hyun-ju then went on to pursue a Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Economics at The University of Queensland, graduating in 1999. In 2000, Hyun-ju Johnson obtained the Qualified Chartered Accountant designation from Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand after studying there from 2000 to 2002. Hyun-ju'seducation continued with a Graduate Diploma in Finance & Investment from FINSIA, which they completed from 2007 to 2009, specializing in Corporate Finance.
