Nicki McCurdy, PHR, SHRM CP has a comprehensive work experience spanning over two decades. Nicki began their career in 1999 as a Payroll & Benefits Coordinator at Sonic Foundry, where they provided generalist support and ensured smooth benefits administration and payroll processing. In 2001, they joined American Superconductor as an HR Administrator, where they handled various HR activities, including employment, benefits, employee relations, and business partnering.

From 2002 to 2006, Nicki worked at CUNA Mutual Group as a Corporate Recruiter. In this role, they contributed to the full lifecycle recruitment process for executive, technical, professional, and non-represented positions. Nicki developed strong relationships with hiring managers, conducted prescreen interviews, and implemented effective sourcing strategies. Additionally, they acted as the point of contact for HR service teams and played a key role in recruiting activities during the company's business transformation.

In 2006, Nicki took up the role of Talent Sourcing Specialist at Allianz Life, where they honed their skills in talent acquisition and sourcing. Currently, they serve as a Senior Recruiting Consultant at The QTI Group, bringing their expertise in recruitment to assist organizations in finding the right talent for their needs.

In 2003, they obtained a certification in PHR from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI. Nicki further enhanced their qualifications by obtaining the SHRM - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from SHRM in May 2015.
