Dominik Czajewski

Dominik Czajewski has had a long and varied career in business, beginning in 1996 as a Manager for Masterlink (now DPD). In 2000, they became a Project Manager for Management & Strategy Consulting, and then in 2002 they were Strategy Director for Poczta Polska. In 2006, they joined Orlen Group as Corporate Controlling Director, where they were also a member of the Corporate Executive Committee for Budgeting, Capital Investment Projects, and MBO, as well as a Vice Chairman of the Supervisory Board of ORLEN Gaz Sp. and a member of the Supervisory Board of Anwil S.A. In 2008, they became an Associate Director for A.T.Kearney, and in 2010 they worked as an Interim Manager focused on operational efficiency improvement and financial restructurization for DC Business Consulting. In 2012, they became Investment Director for Waterland Private Equity, where they opened the office and set up Waterland operations in Poland, developed acquisition strategies, and generated investment opportunities. In 2018, they became Chief Wealth Growth Officer for DC Investments and Partner for MCI Capital. Most recently, in 2020, they founded and became CEO of QTIC.AI, a digital Testing, Inspections and Certification company.

Dominik Czajewski has obtained postgraduate diplomas in Finance Management from Harvard Business School, Marketing Management from McGill University, Finance Management from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management, Strategic Management from The Wharton School, and Global Economy Faculty, International Relations Management from SGH Warsaw School of Economics. Dominik has also attended University of West London and Wyższa Szkoła Zarządzania w Warszawie - The Polish Open University. In 2019, they attended Singularity University for Exponential Innovation.
