Alvy Gallo is a customer success professional with diverse experience in client relations and administrative support. Currently serving as a Customer Success Representative at Qtrac since March 2023, Alvy has previously held roles such as Customer Relationship Lead at Visikol and Executive Assistant/Administrative Coordinator at Hurel Corp. Alvy's career began with a Tobacco Enforcement Program internship at the Office of the Los Angeles City Attorney, complemented by experience in the service industry at Los Angeles Tennis Club and student worker roles at Pensacola Christian College. Alvy holds a Bachelor's Degree in Science with concentrations in Marketing and Management from Pensacola Christian College (2012-2017).
