Alex Salvaris

Alex Salvaris currently serves as Vice President Finance, Europe at QTS Data Centers since October 2024. Previously, Alex held the role of Senior Finance Director at CBRE from March 2020 to August 2024, focusing on transforming finance within building consultancy and project management segments, while also contributing as a management board member. Prior to that, Alex was the Controller and Director EMEA at CBRE, where responsibilities included implementing SOX controls and managing financial reporting for all European segments. Alex's earlier experience includes serving as Group Senior Finance Manager at Aviva, overseeing business planning and performance, and as Group Financial Controller at High Speed One, where financial operations were managed through a major restructuring. Additionally, Alex was CFO at Mitsui & Co., Ltd., leading financial strategy during a transition period. Alex holds credentials from ICAEW and has completed the AI Essentials for Business program at Harvard Business School.
