Elsa Techer

Elsa Techer is an accomplished professional in the field of engineering and project management, currently serving as the Director of Development at QTS Data Centers since August 2025. Previously, Elsa held the position of Managing Director at CAP INGELEC, overseeing a team of over 40 employees in high-scale EPC projects in Spain. Notable project roles include Project Director for significant data center initiatives, such as DATA4 MAD2 DC1 and DATA4 MAD1 DC1. Elsa has demonstrated leadership in various engineering capacities, including Head of Engineering at PackBenefit, Head of Project Department at Synersight, and Senior Project Control Engineer at Tecnicas Reunidas. With extensive experience in project control and engineering, Elsa began a career at Subsea7, where project engineering and planning skills were honed. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Industrial Systems Engineering and an ongoing MBA from EAE Business School.
