Jeff Gaston began their professional career as an Analyst at Seare Marriott & Co. in 2005. Jeff then worked as an Investment Banking Analyst at Deutsche Bank from 2006 to 2009. Gaston later joined Accordion Partners as an Associate from 2011 to 2012. Jeff then transitioned to Riveria Investment Group as an Associate from 2012 to 2012. Gaston then took on the role of Senior Research Associate at KeyBanc Capital Markets from 2012 to 2017. Jeff further progressed in their career by becoming Vice President at AEW Capital Management from 2017 to 2021. Currently, Gaston is serving as the Director of Finance at QTS Data Centers starting from September 2021.
Jeff Gaston attended William & Mary from 2002 to 2006, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree with a focus in Business Administration. In June 2018, they also obtained a CFA certification from the CFA Institute.
