Jeffrey Wiley is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in technology delivery and customer success, currently serving as Manager of Technology Delivery at QTS Data Centers since December 2023. Prior experience includes roles as Customer Success Manager at Outreach and Smartsheet, as well as a Business Development Manager at Swagelok UAE, where notable accomplishments included exceeding annual sales quotas and managing significant accounts such as British Petroleum, Shell, and ExxonMobil.
